Money in the Bank Preview, Ospreay's Clockwork Carnage Match | Takedown
Garrett Gonzales and Paul Fontaine kick off this episode of Takedown with a full preview of WWE Money in the Bank, live Saturday from New Orleans. Roman Reigns defends the World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight, Stephanie Vaquer puts the Women's World Championship on the line against Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan, and Oba Femi and Bronson Reed finally settle their grudge. The guys also break down both ladder matches: Bron Breakker, Je'Von Evans, Trick Williams, Penta, CM Punk and Kevin Owens on the men's side, and Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Jacy Jayne, Roxanne Perez, Lash Legend and Tiffany Stratton on the women's side.
Then it's AEW's first-ever Clockwork Carnage match, coming to WrestleDream on October 17 with the AEW World Championship on the line. Garrett and Paul explain how Will Ospreay's new format works, from the timed entrances to the 15-minute scoring period where the most falls wins, and who has the best shot at leaving as champion.
The guys also run through NJPW King of Pro-Wrestling on October 12 at Ryogoku Kokugikan, headlined by Yota Tsuji defending the IWGP Heavyweight Championship against G1 Climax winner Ryohei Oiwa. They look back at Ospreay finally beating Kazuchika Okada for a championship at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam France, and close by asking whether WWE can really travel to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel on November 7 under a U.S. travel advisory.

00:10.167 --> 00:24.944
[SPEAKER_00]: welcome back to take down a Paul and I are here on Thursday instead of our normal Tuesday night because Paul and Jeff did the dynamite show on Tuesday evening after Grand Slam France.
00:25.424 --> 00:27.446
[SPEAKER_00]: So we pushed this one out a couple days.
00:28.167 --> 00:30.088
[SPEAKER_00]: and we're going to talk some wrestling here.
00:31.069 --> 00:34.250
[SPEAKER_00]: Before we get going though, I wanted to make a couple of notes.
00:35.251 --> 00:39.293
[SPEAKER_00]: No WWE money in the bank recap showed this weekend.
00:39.934 --> 00:46.157
[SPEAKER_00]: I was going to do it with Kila, but then I realized I actually have something to do Saturday night.
00:46.197 --> 00:49.799
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to be able to watch the show live, but then I have to do something in the evening.
00:49.859 --> 00:52.701
[SPEAKER_00]: So instead what I'm probably
00:56.963 --> 01:01.420
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm probably going to bring Keela back sometime next week.
01:02.562 --> 01:22.274
[SPEAKER_00]: If we can make the time work and we're going to do a show on just some of the things that she has seen in WWE that she's liked and not like obviously she and Scott used to do the rap and they no longer do that show not that it's going away forever, but that there's schedule wise is really tough for them.
01:22.894 --> 01:31.600
[SPEAKER_00]: So you haven't heard Kayla talk WWE on this network in a little while so she and I will do that at some point maybe next week.
01:32.521 --> 01:36.301
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, um, I didn't even tell Paul this, but
01:37.185 --> 01:42.609
[SPEAKER_00]: You and me and Jeff never got to do our AEW draft show that we had wanted to do.
01:42.629 --> 01:44.130
[SPEAKER_00]: Nope.
01:44.150 --> 01:48.734
[SPEAKER_00]: So we should probably do that on the fight game podcast and maybe we'll find a fourth.
01:48.754 --> 01:54.538
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll have to figure out who the fourth might be and we'll do a draft sometime in the near future.
01:54.578 --> 01:59.101
[SPEAKER_00]: We did the WWE one with me and John and Katelyn Scott.
01:59.201 --> 02:02.624
[SPEAKER_00]: We never got to do the AEW one with Paul and Jeff.
02:02.644 --> 02:04.705
[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to do that in the future as well.
02:05.806 --> 02:12.109
[SPEAKER_00]: And as you can tell, if you're looking at the video of this, I mean, I'm in full Valkyrie's mode right now.
02:12.689 --> 02:16.951
[SPEAKER_00]: The Golden State Valkyrie's are in the semi finals of the WMBA playoffs.
02:17.511 --> 02:20.232
[SPEAKER_00]: They're up to 0 on the defending champions.
02:20.272 --> 02:21.652
[SPEAKER_00]: They need to win one more game.
02:22.293 --> 02:22.613
[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
02:22.893 --> 02:24.353
[SPEAKER_00]: They will go to the finals.
02:24.694 --> 02:27.395
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, this is the Las Vegas Aces in Asia Wilson.
02:27.415 --> 02:30.596
[SPEAKER_00]: So that is not going to be easy to win one at the next three.
02:31.136 --> 02:32.497
[SPEAKER_00]: But if they do move on,
02:33.652 --> 02:39.378
[SPEAKER_00]: And the reason I mentioned this is because keyless favorite team is the Atlanta dream.
02:40.219 --> 02:44.884
[SPEAKER_00]: And the Atlanta dreamer up to on the New York Liberty on the other side of the bracket.
02:44.904 --> 02:51.832
[SPEAKER_00]: So if all things kind of go as they've been going, it could be Golden State in Atlanta in the WMBA final.
02:51.872 --> 02:52.112
[SPEAKER_00]: So,
02:52.813 --> 02:55.295
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll have to have a conversation about that with Keela.
02:55.315 --> 02:56.295
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we do get that.
02:56.315 --> 02:56.976
[SPEAKER_01]: That'd be cool.
02:57.596 --> 03:00.959
[SPEAKER_01]: That'd be kind of like what her and Scott always do at the NBA.
03:01.319 --> 03:02.960
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so with the WNB.
03:03.280 --> 03:04.061
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
03:04.201 --> 03:04.561
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
03:04.661 --> 03:08.824
[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to talk about a bunch of things.
03:09.224 --> 03:10.185
[SPEAKER_00]: And last week,
03:10.765 --> 03:20.588
[SPEAKER_00]: We did our show on PAC, we kind of veered away with what we wanted to do, but because that was a, you know, a circumstance that we really wanted to pay our respects.
03:20.608 --> 03:21.888
[SPEAKER_00]: And I thought we did a really good job.
03:21.928 --> 03:32.751
[SPEAKER_00]: By the way, I was very happy with how that show turned out, but we're going to go back to the the old top five that we created a couple weeks ago to try and give us the the topics and create some space.
03:33.371 --> 03:37.574
[SPEAKER_00]: for some topics, Paul, did you want to go first with your number five?
03:37.994 --> 03:38.274
[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
03:38.314 --> 03:39.335
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
03:39.475 --> 03:53.043
[SPEAKER_01]: So number five was some news that I guess was breaking around the time Jeff and I were recording on Tuesday and he sprung the news on me on air and he basically just asked me the question,
03:54.768 --> 03:59.410
[SPEAKER_01]: Who is the last person on earth that you think that WWE would sign to a legend's deal?
03:59.530 --> 04:00.550
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
04:00.850 --> 04:02.330
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, that was wild.
04:02.691 --> 04:03.491
[SPEAKER_01]: I have no idea.
04:03.511 --> 04:05.291
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I'm like, I think I guess Kane.
04:05.852 --> 04:08.232
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, that you would just feel a straight legends deal.
04:08.252 --> 04:11.573
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, like I was not really thinking on the same mindset as what it ended up being.
04:11.593 --> 04:21.236
[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, Necro Butcher signs a legends deal with WWE, which on the surface just seems like the most random thing in the world.
04:21.316 --> 04:22.937
[SPEAKER_01]: But as I was thinking about it,
04:23.897 --> 04:28.259
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought, okay, first of all, Nick Con is more of a wrestling fan than people realize.
04:28.279 --> 04:29.919
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, he's been at G.C.W.
04:29.959 --> 04:30.319
[SPEAKER_01]: shows.
04:31.500 --> 04:36.141
[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's probably well aware of who Necrop Witcher is, and they're like, seeing everything like that.
04:38.262 --> 04:40.443
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like this may end up
04:41.330 --> 04:58.529
[SPEAKER_01]: being something to where WWE could end up doing some sort of a documentary on Netflix about indie wrestling in the early, you know, in the early, you know, 2000s, you know, like pre, you know, between WCW and AEW, and then having a guy like Necro Butcher in the fold,
04:59.645 --> 05:04.469
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, you know, they have a lot of the talent that was around the Indies during that time, also under contract.
05:04.869 --> 05:08.111
[SPEAKER_01]: They can turn around to rewrite that history like they like to do.
05:09.612 --> 05:14.356
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, and then to AW, obviously has, you know, a lot of people in there as well.
05:14.436 --> 05:17.878
[SPEAKER_01]: But then that would kind of prevent them from doing kind of the same thing.
05:18.579 --> 05:19.840
[SPEAKER_01]: Although, if...
05:21.205 --> 05:26.266
[SPEAKER_01]: It's also possible they could do something with their new partners at Paramount.
05:26.346 --> 05:31.768
[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe they somehow get everybody on the same page and do some sort of a documentary.
05:31.868 --> 05:35.768
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I don't know, just my head was thinking about because he's not just doing it to be nice.
05:36.089 --> 05:39.769
[SPEAKER_01]: Like there's got to be some sort of a business reason for it.
05:41.010 --> 05:45.431
[SPEAKER_00]: OK, I was thinking about this because it made in zero sense to me too.
05:52.303 --> 05:55.205
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, no, like, I mean, how many people even watch that?
05:55.585 --> 05:57.026
[SPEAKER_00]: How many people watch that?
05:57.447 --> 05:57.687
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
05:58.047 --> 06:03.951
[SPEAKER_00]: And I know you really liked it, but most of the people I talked to thought it was the weakest one.
06:04.191 --> 06:06.212
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I have the weakest topic as well.
06:07.133 --> 06:13.037
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and it was really like Samoa Joe kind of big timing the match.
06:13.077 --> 06:16.780
[SPEAKER_00]: And it being very important to the Necro butcher and to a specific audience.
06:20.582 --> 06:34.671
[SPEAKER_00]: something in their analytics showed that they needed necral butcher merch out in some way or there's a yeah or there's I mean they don't do DVDs anymore.
06:34.952 --> 06:37.894
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it is a documentary on that but how many people
06:39.228 --> 06:48.135
[SPEAKER_00]: do they have under a legend steal who are not currently working in AEW or ROH that would mean a whole lot to that kind of thing.
06:48.155 --> 06:59.445
[SPEAKER_01]: Well I think even if they're on a legend steal they can they can appear on things as long as Tony Con doesn't put the kibosh on it and I don't think he would do that for something you know and let's it's like on raw or smack down.
06:59.645 --> 07:06.129
[SPEAKER_00]: This John Moxley want to be in a WWE produced documentary, not Moxley, but I mean, there are other people.
07:06.149 --> 07:15.295
[SPEAKER_01]: Like Billy Gun, you know, like, I mean, he wouldn't be the own that sort of thing, but RVD, you know, has appeared in both companies, there's other people.
07:15.355 --> 07:17.316
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm, I'm drawing a blank on some of the names, right?
07:17.356 --> 07:25.521
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Jake, Jake Roberts, when he was under contract, he was doing those WWE docs all the time, you know, so they're Jim Ross.
07:26.536 --> 07:33.362
[SPEAKER_01]: you know, um, but again, none of those are the indie guys, but um, yeah, I could be something like that.
07:34.243 --> 07:42.350
[SPEAKER_01]: I also, I think my first reaction and because I didn't really have any time to process it, I mentioned like, small Joe, like, are they trying to court him somehow?
07:42.411 --> 07:46.434
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I don't know that there's any connection between Joe and Butcher judging off the dock.
07:46.454 --> 07:47.615
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what it is, so.
07:47.996 --> 07:49.317
[SPEAKER_01]: No, but you never know.
07:49.637 --> 07:51.238
[SPEAKER_00]: Samo Joe wanted to get some ass, man.
07:51.278 --> 07:52.198
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what you match.
07:52.959 --> 07:58.961
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I mean, if they're, you know, if they're interested in him, like I, I could see them being interested in him post wrestling.
07:59.222 --> 08:06.705
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think they would be putting him on their TV show, but if he wanted to work for them post wrestling and I think they'd be interested.
08:06.845 --> 08:08.666
[SPEAKER_01]: I think him and Triple H always got along pretty well.
08:09.146 --> 08:13.030
[SPEAKER_00]: that he was there and they pulled him off TV and they did.
08:13.231 --> 08:15.733
[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't that wasn't that wasn't Hunter's call.
08:16.214 --> 08:25.804
[SPEAKER_00]: So and I'm talking strictly post wrestling like when Bro Joe is ready to man was in NXT so long when he was so overqualified for it.
08:25.844 --> 08:26.905
[SPEAKER_01]: What did you do that long?
08:26.985 --> 08:28.867
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember it being that long.
08:29.447 --> 08:33.651
[SPEAKER_00]: Like maybe it wasn't maybe it was like he should have been in NXT for like one second.
08:33.691 --> 08:48.642
[SPEAKER_01]: He every one for gets the runny hat on the main roster and man when he was tying it up with Roman and Brock and Kevin Owens like that was a pretty like during a really down WWE period that was like one of the few highlights and they were actually drawing.
08:49.323 --> 08:52.465
[SPEAKER_01]: That's why I always bring that up when I talk about some of Joe's Hall of Fame case.
08:52.585 --> 08:57.089
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I people don't think about that period and I always try to remind them so
08:58.506 --> 09:17.115
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe the single most disappointed I have been in a wrestling match, and now I will say I expected to be disappointed, but I was hoping that they were going to pull something out and not disappoint the audience was Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar at Grape Balls of Fire.
09:19.160 --> 09:26.428
[SPEAKER_00]: I wanted that to be so competitive and not just an afterthought kind of match and it was an afterthought kind of match for my memory.
09:26.949 --> 09:32.835
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, I think at that point Vincent probably already decided to create it a paper.
09:32.895 --> 09:36.459
[SPEAKER_01]: You called great balls of fire for that match.
09:39.726 --> 09:55.406
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, my number five will stay actually, yeah, stay on WDE side and I just, it's just literally a question is Crown Jewel going to actually happen in November.
09:56.794 --> 09:57.194
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
09:58.976 --> 10:03.460
[SPEAKER_01]: If it does, they're winning most disgusting promotional tactic.
10:04.441 --> 10:10.606
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, I think they're winning that anyways, but I mean, you know, just take your pick on what thing you want to give it to them for.
10:11.306 --> 10:17.031
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so this is from a security alert that came out yesterday.
10:18.133 --> 10:28.223
[SPEAKER_00]: the U.S. embassy in Rida advised Americans throughout Saudi Arabia to exercise heightened vigilance.
10:29.184 --> 10:35.491
[SPEAKER_00]: I guess there was a bombing of of an airport and there were three people who were killed.
10:37.993 --> 11:00.497
[SPEAKER_00]: you know it doesn't say don't come it doesn't say you know you cannot or we advise to not go it just says heightened vigilance and I feel like that's kind of the language that WWE's going to be okay with but yeah man like you know we are so numb to these trips because they've
11:04.035 --> 11:16.689
[SPEAKER_00]: But you remember that trip where Vince left all the talent there and the talent couldn't leave and it was like a little bit of a threat and, you know, they're like freaked out of their mind, you know, freaking out.
11:17.730 --> 11:24.817
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's like that kind of danger, like you don't expect anything in your job.
11:26.029 --> 11:34.716
[SPEAKER_00]: to force you to deal with that kind of danger or just feeling like, oh my gosh, I'm not in control of what could possibly happen.
11:34.736 --> 11:36.858
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, that's such a scary thing to deal with.
11:37.539 --> 11:41.302
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I mean, you're talking about actual lives on the line.
11:41.802 --> 12:08.587
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it kind of almost reminds me of when they used to do those tribute to the troops and I think they only did it a few years Like where they actually went out to war sites like I mean that was real danger and in those cases like they didn't even tell them like tell the public Where they were going because they didn't want to take a chance of people finding out and the enemy attacking or whatever and and like this is like I mean there's there's a war going on and it hit an airport like
12:10.088 --> 12:22.125
[SPEAKER_01]: And unless they're told they can't go, they're going to go and it's whether or not the talent is willing to put down and say, I don't want to go and then deal with the consequences of that.
12:23.802 --> 12:33.930
[SPEAKER_00]: And I go back, I think I had this conversation on this show, where somebody from WWE in 2001 when there was the show after 9-11.
12:40.765 --> 12:44.167
[SPEAKER_00]: where they had said like they didn't feel like they could say no.
12:44.448 --> 12:50.072
[SPEAKER_00]: And that was a scary moment to do that show two days after 9, 11 had happened.
12:51.373 --> 13:01.960
[SPEAKER_00]: And like that's, you know, that that is another one of those moments where you don't feel like you're in control and you're at the whims of your boss who may or may not be a madman.
13:02.020 --> 13:04.242
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I don't think that the current
13:05.395 --> 13:14.903
[SPEAKER_00]: generation of WWE believes that their boss is necessarily a madman, unless they see our Emmanuel as their boss, then maybe they do, but he's not really their boss.
13:15.543 --> 13:19.847
[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I, I, you know, I think we as fans,
13:21.830 --> 13:23.292
[SPEAKER_00]: We're so used to content, right?
13:23.312 --> 13:38.530
[SPEAKER_00]: We're so used to, oh yeah, this shows happening and it's hard to put yourselves in the shoes of the talent who will pretend like they'll cave-fade the whole thing, they'll they'll no sell the whole thing about whether or not they're scared at least to the fans because they
13:39.611 --> 13:45.354
[SPEAKER_00]: they don't want to do anything to jeopardize their position, but yeah, man, I'm that that's one that I can't.
13:46.354 --> 13:53.777
[SPEAKER_00]: I cannot feel comfortable about for anybody and but I also and not confident at WWE will make the smart decision either.
13:53.797 --> 13:56.558
[SPEAKER_00]: I think they believe nothing will happen to us.
13:56.638 --> 14:00.640
[SPEAKER_00]: Thus we will feel feel our business commitment and that's just what they're going to do.
14:01.140 --> 14:10.647
[SPEAKER_01]: I skip a lot of the stuff like, you know, like when they're coming in our commercials and stuff and if it looks like it's going to be an ad, I'll just fast forward like 30 seconds.
14:11.847 --> 14:17.731
[SPEAKER_01]: But I in my brain, like, I feel like they haven't really talked much about crown jewel on on the show at all.
14:18.012 --> 14:21.394
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I think they're trying to get through this money in the bank first.
14:21.434 --> 14:28.158
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they'll obviously they're heavily promoting money in the bank, but like we're not even seeing like, you know, ads at all for it.
14:30.600 --> 14:39.530
[SPEAKER_01]: but I feel like I haven't seen any for Crown Jewel, but I could be missing them, so but maybe they're just kind of hedging their bets, like thinking that they may not be able to go.
14:40.558 --> 14:42.899
[SPEAKER_01]: So we'll see, all right, we'll summer four.
14:43.820 --> 14:47.281
[SPEAKER_01]: It's another WWE one, but this is kind of my last WWE one.
14:48.842 --> 15:08.591
[SPEAKER_01]: The Mason Rook injury, which at first, it was just like, okay, you know, he had a title map scheduled for NXT last week, and then he wasn't, you know, he wasn't medically cleared and it came out like the afternoon of the show, and it's like, okay, you know, it's just be a minor injury, they're probably, I think the original thought was that, oh, they're just gonna push it back to Halloween havoc.
15:08.871 --> 15:11.633
[SPEAKER_01]: because they've been building him in grace and the wall are for a while.
15:12.294 --> 15:26.944
[SPEAKER_01]: And then Brian Alvarez and it's funny because it's just like I just saw this today, but then like I'm a little behind an audio and I was just listening to the show he recorded the latest news broke and he was already saying this then like I guess he got some information that this was
15:27.925 --> 15:53.896
[SPEAKER_01]: you know fairly serious and he might be gone for a while and this is a guy that you know just debuted like a few months ago and he's you know doing pretty well he's a very unconventional guy you know not unlike some old Joe like I wouldn't necessarily compare the two of them but just like that they're you know kind of outside the regular WWE mold yeah of what they like their people to look like and wrestle like just say it he's a little big bone well he's not sculpted
15:54.276 --> 16:09.286
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I mean, not just that he's fat, but he's also like super like he does super athletic things with that weight, so it's very unique and he's very over and he's actually a pretty good promo too.
16:10.502 --> 16:27.382
[SPEAKER_01]: And and I just pulled up his like tweet that he sent out on the day that this newsbroke and this is the last thing he's tweeted he just said I'm sorry sometimes life is cruel every fiber of my being wanted to commit tonight, but unfortunately it's out of my control I promise this is just a speed bump and not a roadblock.
16:28.395 --> 16:32.482
[SPEAKER_01]: So to me, that sounds like he got some pretty bad news.
16:32.923 --> 16:35.948
[SPEAKER_01]: He had wrestled on TV the week before.
16:35.968 --> 16:38.412
[SPEAKER_01]: He had wrestled on the house shows that weekend.
16:38.512 --> 16:40.696
[SPEAKER_01]: So there was no indication that anything was wrong.
16:41.477 --> 16:48.819
[SPEAKER_01]: I wonder if maybe he just had some sort of a medical checkup and they found something they didn't like and he's got to deal with it would be my guess.
16:48.939 --> 16:51.420
[SPEAKER_01]: But again, peer speculation, I haven't got any.
16:51.720 --> 16:59.543
[SPEAKER_01]: But it sucks for him and it's a talent that they seem to be, you know, somewhat behind on the NXT level.
16:59.623 --> 17:10.746
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not super optimistic about his odds of making it down on the main roster, but I wouldn't write them off either because there's guys like that that have gotten over for sure.
17:12.348 --> 17:16.750
[SPEAKER_00]: because AEW was on Tuesday head to head with an XT.
17:16.770 --> 17:20.872
[SPEAKER_00]: I yesterday, I was like, oh, I have some time.
17:21.172 --> 17:22.653
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll throw on the NXT show.
17:23.653 --> 17:24.834
[SPEAKER_00]: And I go to my DVR.
17:25.987 --> 17:27.208
[SPEAKER_00]: It is nowhere to be found.
17:27.288 --> 17:29.369
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just news for the whole two hours.
17:29.430 --> 17:30.610
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, wow, that's weird.
17:31.191 --> 17:36.975
[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously with the affiliates and everything who knows the news kind of gets moved around based on what else is happening that day.
17:37.996 --> 17:40.978
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I was like, oh, well, then I remembered.
17:41.818 --> 17:43.580
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, the ESPN app.
17:44.184 --> 17:55.553
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, it wasn't easy to necessarily find the thing, because you had to go scroll all the way down, find the WWE section, and then find whatever the replayer would have.
17:55.573 --> 17:59.377
[SPEAKER_00]: So it didn't take long, but I was just like, how would I even find the stupid thing?
17:59.397 --> 18:01.418
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, oh yeah, let's go to the WWE section.
18:01.759 --> 18:04.401
[SPEAKER_00]: Sounds like, sounds like trying to find HBO.
18:04.601 --> 18:08.864
[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually, it's actually a little bit easier, but very similar.
18:09.285 --> 18:09.505
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
18:09.805 --> 18:27.977
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and so I turn it on and, you know, because ESPN, the, um, the, the actual resolution and everything, it's going to look better than on my whole app because the whole app is just broadcasting whatever that broadcast feed is and CW signal is kind of crap today.
18:27.997 --> 18:28.577
[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of bad.
18:28.677 --> 18:30.018
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was like, oh, this is cool.
18:30.038 --> 18:33.580
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I get the better feed and it looks a lot better.
18:33.960 --> 18:35.341
[SPEAKER_00]: And I got to about a half an hour of the show.
18:35.401 --> 18:36.361
[SPEAKER_00]: So I got to see Zilla.
18:36.942 --> 18:43.526
[SPEAKER_00]: And I like the version of the spike that he does, which is pretty cool, but that was it.
18:43.606 --> 18:47.508
[SPEAKER_00]: I only got through like a half an hour so I didn't get to, I didn't watch the, the main event show.
18:47.588 --> 18:48.968
[SPEAKER_01]: The main event was, was interesting.
18:49.008 --> 18:52.429
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it was a battle royal and, you know, battle royals, you know, typically aren't great.
18:52.549 --> 18:55.010
[SPEAKER_01]: This was a better battle roy than most of them usually are.
18:55.070 --> 18:57.750
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was interesting because there is people from all different brands on it.
18:58.170 --> 19:00.071
[SPEAKER_01]: They had TNA, raw, smackdown.
19:00.511 --> 19:03.312
[SPEAKER_01]: That was how, that was the only counter programming they really did.
19:03.772 --> 19:06.312
[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll talk about Tuesday.
19:06.412 --> 19:07.093
[SPEAKER_01]: I have it on my list.
19:07.113 --> 19:08.113
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if you have it on yours.
19:08.173 --> 19:08.313
[SPEAKER_01]: But,
19:09.033 --> 19:23.359
[SPEAKER_00]: I have I have some I have the AEW side of it, but I don't okay, but we can talk about both since you watch well mine is more just in general, so but yeah, so you know, I did I did get a chance to watch a little bit of it, but
19:32.363 --> 19:35.544
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's what I would say has been probably the last month or so.
19:35.584 --> 19:38.964
[SPEAKER_01]: They're, they're toning up the end ring and toning down the backstage.
19:39.304 --> 19:41.485
[SPEAKER_01]: EDSC, they're still a little bit of it.
19:41.525 --> 19:46.425
[SPEAKER_01]: The candle gray stuff is baffling right now, but other than that, like it's been pretty serious.
19:47.586 --> 19:58.187
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, my number four is the card for the New Japan Kings of King of Pro Wrestling show, which is Monday, the full card is out.
20:02.944 --> 20:08.685
[SPEAKER_00]: who knows when it comes to time, but I'm definitely going to try and at least watch that made event.
20:09.385 --> 20:14.486
[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't seen this full card yet, but so you might be, yeah, I'm all related to you.
20:14.606 --> 20:18.607
[SPEAKER_00]: There's a world title match, Suji and OEWA and OEWA.
20:18.807 --> 20:26.329
[SPEAKER_00]: Yo, defense, the junior heavyweight championship against Robbie Eagles, the global champion, Gabe Kid, against Shota Umino.
20:26.749 --> 20:26.929
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
20:27.229 --> 20:30.230
[SPEAKER_00]: Aaron Wolfe, defense the never open way.
20:30.250 --> 20:31.630
[SPEAKER_00]: Jose Fujida, right?
20:32.350 --> 20:40.499
[SPEAKER_00]: in the never open white six man tag champ scenario a great of con and Osprey against you to ice Oscar and Jeff Cobb.
20:40.639 --> 20:45.104
[SPEAKER_01]: Now one was so weird because they were advertising as a mystery partner and then all of a sudden, oh, it's just Jeff Cobb.
20:46.365 --> 20:48.748
[SPEAKER_01]: He's in the group like why didn't they just say that.
20:49.188 --> 20:50.290
[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, yeah.
20:50.890 --> 20:57.793
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and then, uh, Hichesero and Oleg Bolton versus Zack Sabers Jr. and Hartley Jackson.
20:58.654 --> 21:10.519
[SPEAKER_00]: We were a Tahiti, Desperado versus Sonata, Ta-ka, Yuzuro Ta-Kashi and Yoshinobukana Maru and then Goto and Matt Sumoto versus Schingo and a Diky Nagawa.
21:10.539 --> 21:11.520
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even know who that is.
21:11.740 --> 21:15.023
[SPEAKER_01]: that's that's the young boy for the unbound company.
21:15.183 --> 21:33.378
[SPEAKER_01]: So he always teams up with like the suji to shingo the I guess Jeff Cobb probably at points and you know like yeah he's he's good he's really good he's he at at some point they're building up to he's going to beat Cal Newman at some point and the wherever building therein is going to go on glued.
21:33.818 --> 21:38.288
[SPEAKER_01]: because he gets these near falls on Kalimnubin all the time in Kalimnubin just treats him like shit.
21:38.749 --> 21:43.760
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, we might be two years or now when it happens, but it's going to be great when it does.
21:45.101 --> 21:51.406
[SPEAKER_00]: So this is one of those where I'm probably not going to sit at the beginning in the show and watch all the way through.
21:51.486 --> 21:52.227
[SPEAKER_00]: I know you will.
21:52.727 --> 21:54.949
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll have it watched by lunchtime on Monday.
21:55.189 --> 22:01.174
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm definitely going to try and click through some of these matches as long as I have the time because we have a holiday on Monday Thanksgiving.
22:01.214 --> 22:06.799
[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, and we technically, it's Columbus Day right in here.
22:07.099 --> 22:07.299
[SPEAKER_00]: But
22:08.460 --> 22:16.349
[SPEAKER_00]: uh, like uh, one of our greatest American philosophers Jay Z once said, the only Christopher I acknowledge is Wallace.
22:17.390 --> 22:22.837
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so yeah, I got to work, but you know, I will try and pick and choose maybe on my lunch break to watch something.
22:23.637 --> 22:28.403
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but yeah, I mean, I don't know, I'm a real Christopher, but what it looks like a really strong card.
22:28.663 --> 22:49.886
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, yeah, no, it's not, I mean, it's not Russell Kingdom or, you know, even Dominion, but it's it's the kind of in that next level and I expect there may be a surprise and I that actually ties into my number three so I was going to ask you about this because mjf that's my number three did a video yeah.
22:50.567 --> 23:11.462
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so he wants to face Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio,
23:17.907 --> 23:40.781
[SPEAKER_01]: What was it called, the big rake or something, and so he, yeah, I mean, they could have a fascinating match, honestly, but it's just weird because the political thing of that, like, we was a guy there like super building up, but I can't see MJF going to New Japan and losing to this guy, so I'm like super interest in that match.
23:41.461 --> 23:43.822
[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, so that, I mean, that came out of nowhere,
23:46.624 --> 23:49.991
[SPEAKER_00]: said that he's like never working new Japan or something.
23:50.051 --> 23:54.400
[SPEAKER_00]: I know that's all a work, but we're going to circle back on that one.
23:54.701 --> 23:56.685
[SPEAKER_00]: Well he'll just, you know, it's like
23:58.042 --> 24:02.885
[SPEAKER_01]: I won't even say who, but it's like people that just say things and then claim they didn't say them.
24:03.346 --> 24:05.687
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, like, that's probably what that is.
24:05.787 --> 24:07.368
[SPEAKER_01]: But I mean, he's also dismissing it.
24:07.388 --> 24:12.011
[SPEAKER_01]: Like he's saying, like he in his promo, he said, like, you know, your company sucks.
24:12.452 --> 24:18.035
[SPEAKER_01]: There's nobody worth anybody worth while we've already taken over in a W. You might be the best one left.
24:18.636 --> 24:21.798
[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, I'm, you know, I'm kind of interested in facing you.
24:21.938 --> 24:23.599
[SPEAKER_00]: He's kind of big time in the champ there.
24:24.850 --> 24:28.013
[SPEAKER_01]: more, and and Suji, Suji fights back on that one.
24:28.233 --> 24:32.796
[SPEAKER_01]: Like he'll you know he'll probably he probably didn't interview already in Japanese and you know said that so.
24:33.536 --> 24:42.403
[SPEAKER_01]: But he's also if you remember his last promo in AEW, he did talk he did mention to Will Osprey that he's going to show up when Osprey least expects it.
24:43.023 --> 24:47.026
[SPEAKER_01]: And Osprey is defending a title on that show so it's possible he could
24:49.247 --> 25:00.187
[SPEAKER_01]: Will that title and then that could further the division between him and Calenuman because he'll be saying like all your business in AWS cost in me championships now, you know, so it could be something like that.
25:01.268 --> 25:20.059
[SPEAKER_00]: it's intriguing like you said it's very intriguing and being anything you know mjf is at a point in his career we're pretty much anything he does I'm kind of interested in you know I'm just intrigued because I find him to be so talented not only on the mic but as a wrestler I just love pretty much everything that he does.
25:20.079 --> 25:25.102
[SPEAKER_01]: The first time we've seen him since like the week after all in so yeah not where I would have expected it.
25:26.302 --> 25:27.703
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there you go.
25:27.763 --> 25:29.404
[SPEAKER_00]: He's kind of smart about this stuff, right?
25:29.424 --> 25:29.744
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
25:29.764 --> 25:31.465
[SPEAKER_00]: He just shows up and you're like, oh, wow.
25:31.525 --> 25:38.289
[SPEAKER_01]: And this is like 36 hours after the paper view, like Russell dream, right?
25:38.689 --> 25:39.030
[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
25:39.070 --> 25:41.411
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's no, it's actually before.
25:43.468 --> 25:43.869
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, is it?
25:44.029 --> 25:44.930
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, yeah, you're right.
25:44.950 --> 25:45.330
[SPEAKER_01]: You're right.
25:45.390 --> 25:47.332
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like a few days before the paper view.
25:47.352 --> 25:48.994
[SPEAKER_01]: No, it was like almost a week before.
25:49.154 --> 25:49.374
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
25:49.495 --> 25:49.735
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
25:49.855 --> 25:51.176
[SPEAKER_01]: I was it's money in the bank.
25:51.196 --> 25:51.877
[SPEAKER_01]: That's this weekend.
25:51.917 --> 25:52.157
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
25:52.257 --> 25:52.498
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
25:52.758 --> 25:52.958
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
25:53.218 --> 25:53.499
[SPEAKER_01]: Sorry.
25:53.599 --> 25:56.422
[SPEAKER_01]: I, I was thinking, man, that was a quick turnover.
25:56.462 --> 25:57.002
[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, okay.
25:57.283 --> 26:01.748
[SPEAKER_01]: There's that I think we got another show coming up in in Japan, too, unlike the 23rd or something like that.
26:01.788 --> 26:02.969
[SPEAKER_01]: That's like a semi big show.
26:04.090 --> 26:08.635
[SPEAKER_00]: And by the way, speaking of strong style, Jeremy, I'm sure talked about all of this.
26:09.236 --> 26:15.023
[SPEAKER_00]: But I think he had to go solo, so check out Jeremy's attempt to go solo without his partner.
26:15.323 --> 26:19.208
[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't seen the show, but I saw his tweet, it looked like he had to go by himself.
26:19.669 --> 26:21.250
[SPEAKER_00]: Which is hard really hard.
26:21.270 --> 26:22.210
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I've done that.
26:22.270 --> 26:23.231
[SPEAKER_01]: That is not easy.
26:24.732 --> 26:26.333
[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, I don't think I'll do it again.
26:28.374 --> 26:29.034
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not easy.
26:29.794 --> 26:30.015
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
26:30.035 --> 26:31.375
[SPEAKER_00]: What's your number three?
26:31.495 --> 26:32.896
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, what would we just not put mj.
26:32.956 --> 26:33.176
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
26:33.196 --> 26:34.077
[SPEAKER_00]: So that was your number three.
26:34.277 --> 26:34.477
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
26:34.557 --> 26:34.877
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
26:34.997 --> 26:37.619
[SPEAKER_00]: So my number two are sorry.
26:37.659 --> 26:38.519
[SPEAKER_00]: My number three.
26:38.759 --> 26:40.140
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, was Ocata Osprey.
26:41.061 --> 26:41.281
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
26:41.301 --> 26:46.303
[SPEAKER_00]: Now we can tie this in to the NXT versus AEW Monday night.
26:49.480 --> 26:51.762
[SPEAKER_00]: And not even a little bit, a lot downplayed.
26:51.922 --> 26:56.565
[SPEAKER_00]: Neither, you know, A, W had an impetus going to France.
26:57.285 --> 26:59.266
[SPEAKER_00]: They wanted to have a really strong show.
26:59.707 --> 27:05.610
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think this was a counter programming against NXT as much as it was.
27:06.211 --> 27:10.093
[SPEAKER_00]: We want to put out, we want to put on a great show for that audience.
27:10.914 --> 27:16.017
[SPEAKER_00]: And I know the, you know, as Dave always says, the wrestling was good.
27:16.077 --> 27:17.318
[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, the wrestling was good.
27:21.085 --> 27:25.988
[SPEAKER_00]: I would have liked to see more things for Russell dream.
27:26.668 --> 27:30.630
[SPEAKER_00]: And I feel like that was a wrestling heavy show, which is great.
27:30.750 --> 27:33.231
[SPEAKER_00]: You have a wrestling heavy audience.
27:34.572 --> 27:37.053
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm like, I'm feeling like,
27:38.163 --> 27:41.184
[SPEAKER_00]: Why do we even have a paper view in a week and a half now?
27:41.264 --> 28:00.472
[SPEAKER_00]: I know I want to be fair some of that is because they have had to to push back some of their promotional type of shows because of the passing of pack And I respect that very much, but then I thought okay well grand slam France should be
28:01.674 --> 28:16.598
[SPEAKER_01]: Not only a good russling show, but there should be angles all over the place on this thing and there really wasn't like it was kind of just I don't know wrestling why couldn't they have just done like a match like, you know, they could have had like Osprey and like speed ball against, you know,
28:31.262 --> 28:40.526
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, to me, that would have made total sense, but they just wanted to go right to the world title match for free television, which left them with no world title match for the paper view.
28:40.566 --> 28:45.249
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's because they had this clockwork, clockwork hair up their ass match.
28:45.289 --> 28:46.990
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's got this.
28:47.010 --> 28:52.912
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I, you know, and I mean, you know what, I mean, this people are talking about it.
28:53.012 --> 28:53.853
[SPEAKER_01]: So there's that.
28:54.593 --> 28:57.575
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but I mean, to me, that's like, that's a pretty weak management.
28:57.875 --> 29:03.878
[SPEAKER_01]: This reminds me of of, um, of the lead up to, um, the, the, the, the, the, the Patreon Montreal.
29:03.918 --> 29:04.799
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember the name of it.
29:04.939 --> 29:05.099
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
29:05.139 --> 29:06.500
[SPEAKER_01]: The redemption redemption.
29:06.520 --> 29:06.760
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
29:07.140 --> 29:12.924
[SPEAKER_01]: Like this reminds me of that to where, like, everyone thought, you know, it's going to be M.J. F. And, and, uh, Kenny Omega.
29:13.244 --> 29:15.905
[SPEAKER_01]: And then they put M.J. F. and Kenny Omega on free on television.
29:15.925 --> 29:17.026
[SPEAKER_01]: And then they didn't have a main event.
29:17.106 --> 29:18.767
[SPEAKER_01]: So they just booked something at the last minute.
29:19.147 --> 29:20.788
[SPEAKER_01]: Or, or hat, that's how it felt anyways.
29:21.429 --> 29:23.130
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, and then this, this, as well,
29:24.050 --> 29:25.852
[SPEAKER_00]: I think this is actually a pretty smart test.
29:25.872 --> 29:26.593
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll tell you why.
29:26.613 --> 29:27.314
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
29:28.475 --> 29:36.164
[SPEAKER_00]: Redemption is kind of the perfect example of a show that didn't need to exist once Omega beat MJF.
29:36.904 --> 29:40.388
[SPEAKER_00]: And so the thus, it was like, okay, now we don't even need this show, essentially.
29:41.749 --> 29:45.971
[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, what's their lower it was one of their lower by rate shows of the year.
29:46.151 --> 29:49.732
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe they're lowest that I think it's the lowest in like a few years.
29:50.673 --> 30:00.616
[SPEAKER_00]: So we just had all in which was a giant show all out three weeks later, and I was saying all up into the lead up of all out.
30:00.636 --> 30:02.937
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, I'm not ready like I need a couple other weeks.
30:02.957 --> 30:06.319
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't feel like it's eight UW paper view week again.
30:07.440 --> 30:11.018
[SPEAKER_00]: And that was me, and I think the audience was there for it.
30:11.858 --> 30:12.078
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
30:12.598 --> 30:20.202
[SPEAKER_00]: I think like I haven't, what something did around 145, which which would have been better than last year.
30:20.262 --> 30:21.262
[SPEAKER_01]: I guess better than last year.
30:21.302 --> 30:24.403
[SPEAKER_01]: The thing you got to remember about last year though was last year.
30:24.423 --> 30:25.684
[SPEAKER_01]: It was two months after all.
30:26.084 --> 30:32.547
[SPEAKER_01]: All in so it wasn't quite as close to all in as this year was so in a way that's better for this year.
30:32.567 --> 30:32.787
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
30:32.947 --> 30:33.127
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
30:33.527 --> 30:39.530
[SPEAKER_00]: So now you have another show three weeks away and are you going to do another straight.
30:41.037 --> 30:46.941
[SPEAKER_00]: a match for for the world title, or you're going to experiment with a gimmick.
30:47.401 --> 30:48.562
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's really what this is.
30:48.642 --> 30:49.522
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a gimmick match.
30:50.223 --> 30:55.186
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it'll be something that AW fans will get behind.
30:55.866 --> 31:02.350
[SPEAKER_00]: It's, you know, Osprey was like, yeah, I kind of wanted to do something that's kind of like a gauntlet in which the fans love.
31:03.351 --> 31:04.952
[SPEAKER_00]: And he's putting his own spin on it.
31:05.012 --> 31:05.953
[SPEAKER_00]: He's done it before.
31:07.352 --> 31:14.698
[SPEAKER_00]: I, you know, I think like anybody who watches both WWE and AEW, I thought of the Iron Survivor mentioned immediately.
31:14.718 --> 31:15.339
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
31:15.619 --> 31:20.203
[SPEAKER_00]: And I would never, I like even though WWE could possibly
31:21.436 --> 31:24.037
[SPEAKER_00]: steal that gimmick for a PLE.
31:24.738 --> 31:25.358
[SPEAKER_00]: They haven't.
31:26.278 --> 31:28.479
[SPEAKER_00]: And so it feels like an NXT thing.
31:28.580 --> 31:37.244
[SPEAKER_00]: And so it almost feels like an AEW version of an NXT thing, which I don't think is necessarily the smartest thing, but they want to put their spin on this thing.
31:37.904 --> 31:40.325
[SPEAKER_00]: And maybe it works.
31:41.226 --> 31:46.268
[SPEAKER_00]: And then you can market this match once a year and it will draw.
31:46.368 --> 31:48.509
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that is what they're trying to do because
31:50.628 --> 31:52.710
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember what that paper view did last year.
31:52.730 --> 31:55.573
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think it was one of their bigger events, though.
31:55.994 --> 32:00.238
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I mean, I don't have a record.
32:00.278 --> 32:06.185
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't keep a record like some of the people that were friends with do, but I feel like it was around 135.
32:07.606 --> 32:08.026
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
32:08.046 --> 32:10.088
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's kind of like a standard paper.
32:10.128 --> 32:10.368
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
32:10.548 --> 32:12.570
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
32:13.790 --> 32:16.152
[SPEAKER_01]: I would like it better if it wasn't for the world title.
32:16.412 --> 32:24.558
[SPEAKER_01]: But obviously, if it's going to be the main event of the show, and we are assuming that it's made of into the show, that it kind of has to be for the world title.
32:24.598 --> 32:32.203
[SPEAKER_01]: But I mean, I almost think that maybe they could have done this on television, even, and then set up a world title challenger for the paper view with this match.
32:33.104 --> 33:00.130
[SPEAKER_01]: It's almost like the the champion is forfeiting his title in a way like Renee even said she flat out said Oh someone can pin the world champion and they don't win the title or the world champion could lose his title without being pinned and it's like Well, that's stupid like and then they're trying to sell it like that, you know, and it's like to me That's like that's what I don't like it's like a ladder match almost in a way You know like you're you're hanging a belt on a ladder, which for the tag titles is fine and for the TNT title is fine
33:03.532 --> 33:15.992
[SPEAKER_00]: have there I was trying to think about remember this have there been elimination chamber matches were the title was on the line I feel like yeah early on that yeah early on early on there was like the the in fact I think the first one
33:16.663 --> 33:22.069
[SPEAKER_01]: I think the first one was the one where Goldberg was in and everyone thought he was going to win and he didn't win.
33:22.089 --> 33:23.991
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, I think Shell Michaels won.
33:24.051 --> 33:25.352
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't think so.
33:25.632 --> 33:28.215
[SPEAKER_01]: It was Sean or Triple H. Yeah.
33:28.235 --> 33:30.938
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and uh, but that was like that was a loaded up one too.
33:30.958 --> 33:35.802
[SPEAKER_01]: That had like cane and RVD and I think and uh, maybe Shell and Benjamin.
33:35.822 --> 33:36.143
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
33:37.363 --> 33:49.829
[SPEAKER_01]: probably not Jericho, I think maybe, but yeah, but they did do it originally and then they just started, you know, for a title shot, that's what it's been probably the last 10 years.
33:50.329 --> 34:00.974
[SPEAKER_00]: The reason why I brought that up, and by the way, the Royal Rumble was the same way except Hogan couldn't lose his title if he did win the Rumble.
34:05.056 --> 34:10.860
[SPEAKER_00]: is you establish this match by having it with Osprey and the best guys.
34:11.560 --> 34:21.386
[SPEAKER_00]: And then, if you do figure out how to make this a number one contenders match, you can play off on the future.
34:21.726 --> 34:22.106
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
34:22.586 --> 34:30.251
[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, if NXT can pull off the aren't survivor and every year it's one of the best matches they do, two of the best matches they do actually because they do it with the women as well.
34:30.983 --> 34:33.364
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm pretty confident in a W can do it.
34:33.884 --> 34:38.585
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you know, the talent that they have there, and the only, they don't quite have the producing.
34:38.625 --> 34:44.726
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's a lot of the timing things, you know, would be tough, but, you know, they're pretty talented people there, and they should be able to do that.
34:44.986 --> 34:48.767
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so my interest is not super high for this match.
34:48.827 --> 34:53.048
[SPEAKER_00]: My interest is more along the lines of, what does it do for business?
34:53.128 --> 34:58.169
[SPEAKER_00]: Is it something that they could go back to, you know, what, is that why they're doing it?
34:58.209 --> 34:58.890
[SPEAKER_00]: Like that kind of thing.
34:59.150 --> 35:00.290
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm intrigued in that way.
35:01.070 --> 35:06.857
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, for a match, I'm like, okay, I think that's what they're thinking to like if you listen to the comments that they made and stuff.
35:06.877 --> 35:08.458
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, yeah, we're going to try this and see if it works.
35:08.498 --> 35:09.239
[SPEAKER_00]: If it does great.
35:09.299 --> 35:11.081
[SPEAKER_01]: If it doesn't, no, we won't do it again.
35:11.602 --> 35:11.782
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
35:13.304 --> 35:14.384
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, well, what's next for you?
35:14.605 --> 35:17.566
[SPEAKER_01]: So my number two was the Tuesday night war in general.
35:18.686 --> 35:23.688
[SPEAKER_01]: So they, you know, we had the AW against NXT on Tuesday.
35:23.748 --> 35:32.852
[SPEAKER_01]: And unlike in previous years, NXT didn't do a ton to counter program, they did advertise the main event that was gonna have raw smackdown.
35:34.012 --> 35:49.735
[SPEAKER_01]: TNA people in it, but I mean, there wasn't really any big names, like, I mean, they did have the TNA women's champion in their side book side, which was kind of a big deal for fans of NXT, because she hasn't been on that show in a long, long time since she got cut really.
35:50.075 --> 36:00.557
[SPEAKER_01]: They had Indie Heartwell and the elegance brand, which I'm positive WWE is going to snap up M by elegance as soon as she's a free agent, because she's perfect for them.
36:01.537 --> 36:05.441
[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, it was slightly bigger than usual show.
36:05.521 --> 36:16.090
[SPEAKER_01]: The winner was going to get a title shot and Rense and Claire won it by going under a mask as Lady Shawnee and surprising the champion.
36:16.110 --> 36:18.992
[SPEAKER_01]: So now she's going to face Kendall Gray and they're like best friends and storyline.
36:19.052 --> 36:21.955
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's kind of a big match in NXT.
36:22.435 --> 36:25.998
[SPEAKER_01]: Meanwhile, obviously, I'd ask Rio Cotta in Grand Slam.
36:29.821 --> 36:51.250
[SPEAKER_01]: kind of like you I think like I was I would say I was disappointed in the show like I had a lot of fun watching it but you know out of all the grand sands that they've done so far like at least the ones I remember like it was probably like the weakest but it was still like a really good show it just like a lot of times it feels like a paper view and this didn't really feel like a paper view it just felt like a really good television show.
36:52.670 --> 37:06.336
[SPEAKER_01]: And and and then the ratings come in today, which is earlier than we usually get them and it was almost like a dead heat, which to me is a bit of a win for dynamite because like so they did dynamite did 495,000 and a 0.11 and 1849.
37:09.357 --> 37:16.845
[SPEAKER_01]: which is quite a bit down from what they've been doing normally, but this is on a different night and head to head with NXT.
37:16.905 --> 37:23.632
[SPEAKER_01]: NXT did 532,000 at a point 1-0, which is down again from what they've been doing.
37:24.112 --> 37:29.758
[SPEAKER_01]: The demo actually is pretty close to what they've been doing, but the overall viewers was down about 130,000 or so from what they've been doing.
37:32.491 --> 37:56.811
[SPEAKER_01]: But if you compare it to last year of the season, it was NXT did 676,000, no sorry I'm looking at the wrong year, last year they did 625,000 so they were down 93,000 this year and a point one two so they were down there as well, whereas dynamite last year did only 321,000 to NXT almost doubled them and in the demo 0.07
38:01.134 --> 38:12.138
[SPEAKER_01]: And the year before NXT did 874,000 or 0.24, Dynamite did 329,000, almost a third, and a 0.1.
38:12.518 --> 38:18.041
[SPEAKER_01]: So they bought them out in 2024 and now they're like neck and neck again, which is where they started.
38:18.421 --> 38:20.822
[SPEAKER_01]: Because when this started five, four years ago in 2022,
38:24.823 --> 38:29.125
[SPEAKER_01]: $7.502,000 to $676,000 and a 0.262.18.
38:29.445 --> 38:31.306
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's interesting the pattern.
38:31.646 --> 38:40.109
[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, Dynamite is obviously on the up swing, and everyone's looking for signs, you know, like you want signs other than, oh, the product's better, you know,
38:40.709 --> 38:52.835
[SPEAKER_01]: everyone's watching on Macs, you know, like, I mean, that's what people hold to and then they, you know, the people that are attracting people, look at the sick sales, they're not great, but this is like real, you know, and and Dianic C is still doing fine.
38:52.855 --> 39:06.401
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure CW is happy with those numbers, but I mean, I think I think like WBD is probably very happy with this, like moving to a different night and only being down a cup, you know, really like maybe 150,000 viewers, that's pretty
39:09.077 --> 39:21.743
[SPEAKER_00]: I think, uh, if you're WWE, you probably go, yeah, we didn't even put anything on that show to, you know, to show that we saw them as a threat, but if you're AEW,
39:22.884 --> 39:26.466
[SPEAKER_00]: You go, well, they're in way more households than we are.
39:27.046 --> 39:27.246
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
39:27.867 --> 39:30.068
[SPEAKER_00]: And we did almost the same number.
39:31.328 --> 39:35.010
[SPEAKER_00]: They had a much more stacked show, which has been their bread and butter.
39:35.170 --> 39:39.212
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, this was a pretty stacked show, but they've had shows like this before.
39:39.252 --> 39:40.693
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's not out of the ordinary.
39:41.573 --> 39:45.195
[SPEAKER_00]: And to them, that live market was very important.
39:45.235 --> 39:47.876
[SPEAKER_00]: They needed to do that show for that live market.
39:48.377 --> 39:48.557
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
39:48.737 --> 39:49.857
[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, good for them.
39:51.880 --> 40:08.076
[SPEAKER_00]: I, if I'm NXT, I'm not sure what I get out of this information really because they didn't compete, they didn't try and do anything.
40:08.257 --> 40:09.418
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they could have brought.
40:10.780 --> 40:13.921
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, CM Punk, but they've, he's been overutilized in these scenarios.
40:13.941 --> 40:14.762
[SPEAKER_00]: They could have brought Cody.
40:14.782 --> 40:18.683
[SPEAKER_00]: They could have brought someone else over and they brought it up for a couple of years ago.
40:18.743 --> 40:19.423
[SPEAKER_00]: And that helped.
40:19.583 --> 40:23.385
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that would have gained, you know, 50,000 viewers or 100,000 viewers.
40:23.405 --> 40:25.366
[SPEAKER_01]: They could have booked, they could have booked the show.
40:25.406 --> 40:28.787
[SPEAKER_01]: So that the dusty finals was here and they could have advertised Cody.
40:29.107 --> 40:31.188
[SPEAKER_01]: Like if they were really serious, that's what they would have done.
40:31.508 --> 40:38.093
[SPEAKER_01]: You would have a month that built to it and everyone knows Cody's coming in and and they would have beat them, they definitely would have beat them.
40:38.133 --> 40:56.706
[SPEAKER_00]: They would have probably done like 620,000 in a like a point one five or something, but I mean, what what do they gain from that like, you know, what I was talking to somebody and I was like, yeah, hopefully this just means that they're sick of trying to counter program, but then again, I was like, they should have threw up a.
40:58.413 --> 41:03.156
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a triple ratio on YouTube to go head to head to head to head with all three shots.
41:03.236 --> 41:07.338
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, starting next week, they got two shows going head to head with dynamite.
41:08.178 --> 41:10.720
[SPEAKER_01]: Which I mean, event on rumble and it all got to be.
41:11.080 --> 41:11.580
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, God.
41:12.080 --> 41:12.821
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
41:12.841 --> 41:16.843
[SPEAKER_01]: I just hope in that we're still going to get main event on YouTube here because I ain't signing up for rumble.
41:16.903 --> 41:17.463
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll tell you that.
41:17.784 --> 41:17.984
[SPEAKER_00]: No.
41:18.104 --> 41:25.027
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even know if I can, but I didn't even, I didn't even mention the Alcada Osprey thing, which is what kind of goddess into this conversation.
41:26.874 --> 41:27.975
[SPEAKER_00]: What did you think of the match?
41:28.916 --> 41:32.699
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so what I told what I said was after the match.
41:32.819 --> 41:37.042
[SPEAKER_01]: I say, and they had a great match, but they can't help but have a great match.
41:37.423 --> 41:42.006
[SPEAKER_01]: I also said if they had 10 matches, this would be the worst of the 10.
41:43.185 --> 41:48.910
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, Ocata half asked it the whole time and and but he's still a great match.
41:49.591 --> 42:01.422
[SPEAKER_01]: So an offspray just has no other thing to do other than wrestle his best match every single time and that's what he did here, but he just didn't have an opponent that was really interested in having a match because it wasn't on paper view and.
42:02.022 --> 42:21.908
[SPEAKER_01]: And it had commercials and so Kada just he had a match and and it was fine and and our friend Jeremy actually had a great point when I talked about this because he said it was I said it was missing something and Jeremy pointed out yeah I was missing the fact that there is zero suspension of disbelief like that no point did anyone think that Osprey was going to lose.
42:22.508 --> 42:28.191
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's that's almost in you it would that wouldn't have been in Ocata problem though that's an anybody problem.
42:28.211 --> 42:38.556
[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's it's it's it's just a difference in between how this match would typically be because only it would be on paper view and and so that that to me that was what it was missing.
42:38.736 --> 42:42.078
[SPEAKER_00]: Suspension of this belief would have existed on paper by the way though, too.
42:44.537 --> 42:53.960
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, there would have been a little more on paper view, you know, maybe like a 5% chance, I think when it as opposed to a 0% chance.
42:54.200 --> 42:56.800
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, my issue with this match and it's not even really an issue.
42:57.940 --> 43:02.281
[SPEAKER_00]: I've seen this match live before in San Jose battle in the valley.
43:03.262 --> 43:08.803
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought that that match was better than this one, but I will say the reason is because
43:10.367 --> 43:12.668
[SPEAKER_00]: not the biggest fan of television rustling.
43:12.888 --> 43:13.288
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
43:13.528 --> 43:14.549
[SPEAKER_00]: This is my pet peeve.
43:15.029 --> 43:22.792
[SPEAKER_00]: I like television for angles and build and I want the matches, the best matches to be on paper view because that's, that's, I can give the time.
43:23.113 --> 43:26.554
[SPEAKER_00]: I set aside the time and go, look, be stuck at days for five hours.
43:26.634 --> 43:27.254
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm locked in.
43:27.675 --> 43:35.498
[SPEAKER_00]: And when I'm watching television, I'm often doing multiple things or watching late and so I'm already spoiled or watching the next
43:38.939 --> 43:40.642
[SPEAKER_00]: that is one of the one of the things.
43:41.082 --> 43:51.098
[SPEAKER_00]: The other thing though, the way that they shot the pinfalls Ocata is staring directly at the referee for every single one of them.
43:51.158 --> 43:53.642
[SPEAKER_00]: And that is my biggest pet peeve about wrestling.
43:54.685 --> 44:00.873
[SPEAKER_00]: And when you're there live, you can see that sometimes, but you're not seeing it constantly.
44:01.534 --> 44:03.936
[SPEAKER_00]: And so that is the thing that took me out of the match.
44:04.057 --> 44:12.767
[SPEAKER_00]: Was like, I couldn't bite on any of the nearfalls of Okada being pinned because I saw him staring directly at the referee every single time.
44:13.508 --> 44:20.072
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why he did it on this match or why the camera was positioned away where I saw it every single time.
44:20.092 --> 44:22.833
[SPEAKER_00]: But that was my main criticism of the match.
44:22.853 --> 44:27.136
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, okay, I can't get into this if I know when he's kicking out.
44:27.556 --> 44:27.916
[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
44:27.936 --> 44:29.657
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I still thought it was a great match.
44:29.857 --> 44:33.319
[SPEAKER_01]: And I thought they put it on a really like it was a fun show to watch.
44:33.559 --> 44:36.761
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I, you know, especially after the series show the week before.
44:37.822 --> 44:44.952
[SPEAKER_01]: It was just it was a very fun show to watch and and so yeah, maybe not quite up to the AW quality show
44:45.775 --> 44:47.797
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but again, not bad at all.
44:47.977 --> 44:49.418
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, don't get me wrong.
44:49.518 --> 44:54.823
[SPEAKER_01]: I, you know, I'd probably still give it like a seven and a half eight out of ten, but I had so much fun watching the show.
44:55.183 --> 44:56.984
[SPEAKER_01]: And I had so much fun covering it.
44:57.065 --> 44:59.266
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, we had, we had a great show on Tuesday night.
44:59.687 --> 45:02.129
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, we, you know, we both had so much fun.
45:02.629 --> 45:03.890
[SPEAKER_00]: So I dug the show.
45:04.471 --> 45:11.116
[SPEAKER_00]: But I think the thing that I laughed laughed not in a pejorative way, but just ended like, oh my god, this is progress in kind of way.
45:12.297 --> 45:18.145
[SPEAKER_00]: So Darby takes that incredible bump on the outside and it's supposed to go through the table.
45:18.205 --> 45:19.907
[SPEAKER_00]: I think, but doesn't go through the table.
45:19.947 --> 45:22.070
[SPEAKER_00]: She does that bump like flat on his face.
45:23.371 --> 45:29.559
[SPEAKER_00]: And then they do the brain buster spot on the turnbuckle without the padding.
45:31.498 --> 45:36.281
[SPEAKER_00]: And my man still kicked out and I was like, okay, I'm all in.
45:36.641 --> 45:40.843
[SPEAKER_01]: And then he like recovers and he does two cough and drops and he gets the pin.
45:41.623 --> 45:47.767
[SPEAKER_01]: And then immediately they cut to like a bang or a gun's promo or something.
45:47.807 --> 45:53.230
[SPEAKER_01]: No, it was the dogs like no time to settle in and it might as well not even happen.
45:53.270 --> 45:56.111
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, yeah, that was, that was a pet peeve in mind on that show.
45:56.291 --> 45:59.553
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I was just, you know, it was just one of those like, yeah.
45:59.713 --> 46:25.441
[SPEAKER_00]: This is wrestling kind of no I don't at least you know what how fled for the least he sold his knee there so at least you know it wasn't completely wasted because you know that that was why he couldn't get the win because he landed on his knee so okay he did pro let's talk about this clockwork orange match I did want to focus a little bit on the rules because I was very kind of just confused about what this really was but they had a graphic yeah
46:26.646 --> 46:28.568
[SPEAKER_00]: So there's two stages.
46:29.069 --> 46:32.732
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so eight wrestlers, two stages, one winner.
46:33.773 --> 46:37.537
[SPEAKER_00]: Two wrestlers start the match, selected at random.
46:38.858 --> 46:39.059
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
46:39.879 --> 46:41.721
[SPEAKER_00]: Got to imagine Will's gonna be in at the beginning.
46:43.443 --> 46:44.084
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, maybe.
46:44.564 --> 46:48.989
[SPEAKER_00]: Every three minutes, another randomly selected wrestler enters.
46:49.309 --> 46:49.649
[SPEAKER_00]: Now,
46:50.690 --> 46:52.871
[SPEAKER_00]: there is it's locked at eight.
46:53.251 --> 47:03.035
[SPEAKER_00]: So there's not going to be this idea that you could actually qualify for the match, but you may not get in if the pinfall happens, like it's locked number of everyone's in everyone's in.
47:03.055 --> 47:04.175
[SPEAKER_01]: There's going to be no logic.
47:04.195 --> 47:07.396
[SPEAKER_01]: So there's at least 21 minutes at the beginning.
47:16.961 --> 47:21.179
[SPEAKER_00]: So any wrestler who is pinned or submitted?
47:22.165 --> 47:28.089
[SPEAKER_00]: before all eight wrestlers are in the match, they're automatically eliminated.
47:28.189 --> 47:36.255
[SPEAKER_00]: So there could be five people at the end and not eight, it could be seven, so it doesn't, it could be eight.
47:36.275 --> 47:41.959
[SPEAKER_01]: Could be one, it could be one, two, yeah, it could be one, somebody could win before they get to the last stage.
47:42.540 --> 47:44.981
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, once the final wrestler end.
47:45.041 --> 47:48.904
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh no, because when the last wrestlers end, then yeah, so yeah, there would have to be at least two.
47:49.044 --> 47:49.224
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
47:50.267 --> 47:58.974
[SPEAKER_00]: Once the final wrestler enters, all remaining wrestlers enter a 15 minute scoring period.
47:59.314 --> 47:59.534
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
48:00.735 --> 48:06.820
[SPEAKER_00]: During those 15 minutes, every pinfall or submission scores one fall.
48:07.520 --> 48:07.841
[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
48:08.641 --> 48:12.264
[SPEAKER_00]: When time expires the wrestler with the most falls wins.
48:12.644 --> 48:15.987
[SPEAKER_01]: Are we going to eat scoreboards on the screen with the different names and pictures?
48:17.805 --> 48:24.249
[SPEAKER_00]: Excalibur's gonna have his work cut out for him because he's the one that everyone's gonna depend on to have the thing straight
48:27.455 --> 48:40.143
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just say, because I like the iron survivor match and I didn't think I was going to like it and I think Lance storm called it like the stupidest match ever something at one point.
48:40.183 --> 48:43.985
[SPEAKER_01]: Though I don't know what he says on he focuses on well, what happens in the case of a tie.
48:44.225 --> 48:45.146
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
48:45.226 --> 48:50.609
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't maybe he has seen that it has been successful, but you do have to kind of know he's.
48:51.149 --> 48:52.010
[SPEAKER_00]: He's brought up.
48:52.050 --> 48:53.051
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he's brought up.
48:53.111 --> 48:55.592
[SPEAKER_00]: He compared it to this and brought up a tie thing again.
48:57.705 --> 49:00.107
[SPEAKER_00]: because I like the way that they book that match.
49:00.127 --> 49:04.651
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to guess that by the end, I'm going to like this match, too.
49:05.091 --> 49:05.311
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
49:07.073 --> 49:10.015
[SPEAKER_00]: But it sure as hell sounds hokey on the graphic when you read it out.
49:10.676 --> 49:11.657
[SPEAKER_00]: It sounds very silly.
49:12.077 --> 49:22.926
[SPEAKER_01]: Just the whole, as soon as they start talking about stages and scoring phases and this and that and then like my logical brain kicks in and thinks, okay, wait a minute, A, W,
49:23.810 --> 49:27.032
[SPEAKER_01]: World title matches never end in less than 20 minutes.
49:27.813 --> 49:30.674
[SPEAKER_01]: And now you're talking we're going to have multiple pinfalls and 15.
49:30.714 --> 49:36.058
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, with with eight people in the ring or you know, maybe you probably less than eight people, but
49:36.705 --> 49:39.687
[SPEAKER_01]: with a bunch of people in the ring that can break up pins.
49:40.428 --> 49:49.915
[SPEAKER_01]: But somehow we're going to have multiple pin falls and or submissions in a 15 minute period to where this is even in a matter or are we going to go the 50 minutes and nobody gets a pin and then what happens?
49:50.276 --> 49:52.557
[SPEAKER_01]: Champion retain like I don't I don't know.
49:52.898 --> 49:59.443
[SPEAKER_00]: They do have the established casino gauntlet, you know,
50:01.317 --> 50:01.658
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
50:02.098 --> 50:12.346
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know falls, but like when you watch that match, you at least you feel like the people in the ring like the match can end at any point.
50:12.386 --> 50:13.947
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the difference.
50:13.987 --> 50:15.469
[SPEAKER_01]: The match can end at any point.
50:15.649 --> 50:19.952
[SPEAKER_00]: No, but what I mean is you feel like the fall can happen.
50:20.553 --> 50:25.537
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's not like there's going to be way more falls and I actually hope
50:26.257 --> 50:35.724
[SPEAKER_00]: that they resist doing, like if will, if will wins this match because he ends up with five, but then I think that's really silly.
50:35.744 --> 50:43.450
[SPEAKER_00]: But let's say he has two or it's one to one to one to one and the next one, somebody gets the second.
50:43.490 --> 50:45.611
[SPEAKER_00]: Like if you book it like that, I think it's okay.
50:47.533 --> 51:05.745
[SPEAKER_01]: But they're going to work cut out because one year went trick one I think and he was like there's a couple people I had three falls and he had one and then he got like three in the last 90 seconds, which I mean it was great the way they time out and everything, but when you really think about it, that's kind of stupid and and I feel like he was.
51:06.922 --> 51:08.723
[SPEAKER_00]: moving as fast as humanly possible.
51:08.743 --> 51:12.605
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it was really sloppy at the end, but it's still I think it's awesome.
51:12.805 --> 51:17.167
[SPEAKER_01]: I think they've even passed the Dave stopwatch test because they actually nailed it on time.
51:17.988 --> 51:26.632
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, they, um, I think that, uh, but that's the thing you bring out the casino wallet and like you've got like by the end of the wallet, there's like 10 people in there.
51:26.992 --> 51:29.874
[SPEAKER_00]: But a lot of that match though is outside the ring.
51:30.614 --> 51:45.473
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm saying when they're inside the ring, it feels like there could be pinfalls that they then get broken up in this match, the pinfalls may just happen because you may not want to break them up unless there are ties and then you get to that to that point.
51:45.493 --> 51:47.956
[SPEAKER_01]: So there's a different side of why you wouldn't want to break it up.
51:47.976 --> 51:49.258
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want anybody to get a point.
51:50.058 --> 51:54.423
[SPEAKER_01]: At the very beginning, you wouldn't want to break them up because you want people to be eliminated.
51:54.904 --> 52:00.309
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, like in the first race, yeah, you'd let those pinfalls happen because now you're getting rid of a competitor.
52:00.409 --> 52:03.573
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, that's the difference in the psychology.
52:03.693 --> 52:10.140
[SPEAKER_01]: So they should definitely should eliminate at least one or two people, speedball and looking at you in that first 15 minutes.
52:10.680 --> 52:11.541
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
52:11.741 --> 52:13.782
[SPEAKER_00]: And again, like this is going to be different.
52:13.822 --> 52:22.389
[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to have to kind of learn the psychology and learn kind of the way that they book it to see what they believe is where the drama is.
52:22.449 --> 52:26.892
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's another thing we haven't really talked about in terms of like the people in this.
52:27.818 --> 52:28.679
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not impressed.
52:29.239 --> 52:30.040
[SPEAKER_01]: Who's in it so far?
52:30.060 --> 52:30.600
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know.
52:31.661 --> 52:33.943
[SPEAKER_01]: So the Joe won the qualifier.
52:33.963 --> 52:34.463
[SPEAKER_01]: That's cool.
52:34.683 --> 52:34.883
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
52:35.183 --> 52:42.008
[SPEAKER_01]: But I mean, he beat Perry and then on Saturday, they're doing or maybe they already taped it.
52:42.409 --> 52:44.110
[SPEAKER_01]: It's speedball against Lee Moriard.
52:44.130 --> 52:46.071
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's the one where I was a nice asked.
52:46.252 --> 52:47.152
[SPEAKER_01]: I think I asked you.
52:47.212 --> 52:48.573
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, how did he qualified?
52:48.593 --> 52:50.094
[SPEAKER_01]: You said he's like the peer champion.
52:50.154 --> 52:51.075
[SPEAKER_01]: He's a peer champion.
52:51.095 --> 52:51.415
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
52:51.616 --> 52:52.816
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think he made
52:54.017 --> 52:58.018
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but I mean, I mean, it's just a name, like, I mean, that's the thing.
52:58.138 --> 53:17.982
[SPEAKER_01]: And so if they're just going to do like, you know, if we're going to get like Daniel Garcia against, you know, like, you know, like, you know, freaking, I don't even know who's left, like, to muscle chopper or something, you know, like it's okay, like you just, you might just put these people in like rather than pretending like Daniel Garcia has a world title shot potentially or or Lee Moriari.
53:18.482 --> 53:32.095
[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't seen spoiler results, but pretty sure Lee Moriarty didn't beat speedball, you know, and you know, which kind of tells you what that pure title is worth, because he lost a coffee on a good, and there's another one, like coffee, why isn't coffee in it?
53:32.135 --> 53:39.041
[SPEAKER_01]: Why I guess, because he's in the trio's match, but yeah, coffee just beat Lee Moriarty, and now Lee Moriarty gets a title shot, and he doesn't.
53:39.081 --> 53:41.243
[SPEAKER_00]: So some people were wondering if,
53:42.024 --> 53:46.206
[SPEAKER_00]: Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher do double duty because they have the match against the young books.
53:46.446 --> 53:47.907
[SPEAKER_00]: Is that, yeah, that's special for the paper.
53:47.927 --> 53:48.047
[SPEAKER_01]: You.
53:48.067 --> 53:48.267
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:48.327 --> 53:49.147
[SPEAKER_01]: I bet you they don't.
53:49.947 --> 54:00.872
[SPEAKER_01]: Like maybe a cuddle being this, I mean, that would be he should be and who's a Moxley's facing Mark Davis or Davis, so he's out, so he's out.
54:00.912 --> 54:01.412
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
54:01.572 --> 54:03.713
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you could, Tom also chop up could be in this.
54:03.733 --> 54:04.754
[SPEAKER_01]: He'd be a good guy for this.
54:05.834 --> 54:12.417
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought her shampoo was facing somebody for that show already or you know what I said Trump, but I meant to say Claudio.
54:12.857 --> 54:13.357
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay.
54:13.817 --> 54:19.239
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but Yeah, he's feeling he brought up somebody.
54:19.259 --> 54:20.179
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
54:20.439 --> 54:21.120
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, on dry day.
54:21.760 --> 54:22.220
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
54:22.340 --> 54:23.681
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah for the national title.
54:23.901 --> 54:24.121
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm
54:24.741 --> 54:26.522
[SPEAKER_01]: So there's another one on Drawdy won't be in it.
54:26.882 --> 54:41.051
[SPEAKER_00]: So no on Drawdy, no Chiyampa, no Swarve, no Coffee, no Creed, no Hangman, no Brodito, no Mark Davis, no John Moxley, no Kevin Knight, no Calfletcher, unless they do double duty.
54:41.071 --> 54:43.993
[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I don't know.
54:44.013 --> 54:45.054
[SPEAKER_00]: There's not a lot.
54:45.074 --> 54:48.316
[SPEAKER_00]: There's not a ton to pick from, but I'm sure they still have some, they're still safe.
54:48.336 --> 54:50.817
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe they'll put a wild card and then you can have like Dragon
54:55.360 --> 55:02.487
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this is another guy who people think may possibly be in haven't seen that speculation, but that would be that'd be interesting for sure.
55:02.828 --> 55:12.057
[SPEAKER_00]: Blashlies out there, you could put him or Benjamin, it's actually you imagine last years like how about this guys.
55:13.358 --> 55:14.560
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to lose any falls.
55:16.245 --> 55:18.727
[SPEAKER_00]: And I still will walk out of the match, like, don't win.
55:18.827 --> 55:19.408
[SPEAKER_00]: How's that work?
55:19.848 --> 55:20.789
[SPEAKER_01]: How's that work in anybody?
55:21.670 --> 55:25.333
[SPEAKER_01]: You just wander around outside the ring, like you did in the casino gauntlet when you're in it.
55:25.874 --> 55:26.955
[SPEAKER_01]: And you don't do anything.
55:27.495 --> 55:29.136
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that works, that works.
55:30.257 --> 55:31.879
[SPEAKER_01]: Big Josh Alexander maybe could be in this.
55:31.919 --> 55:32.760
[SPEAKER_01]: He'd be a good one for this.
55:33.872 --> 55:34.412
[SPEAKER_01]: You know.
55:34.452 --> 55:34.652
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
55:34.672 --> 55:36.053
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, your number one money bank.
55:36.073 --> 55:36.773
[SPEAKER_01]: My number one.
55:36.813 --> 55:37.033
[SPEAKER_01]: No.
55:38.034 --> 55:42.076
[SPEAKER_01]: My number one is because the last show we did was a week ago Tuesday.
55:42.176 --> 55:55.582
[SPEAKER_01]: So since then, we had the Pock tribute show and tribute show and we also have had like a lot of different things on social media and a WWE even put up, but like a 40 minute video of their their talents talk about pack and
55:56.342 --> 56:16.205
[SPEAKER_01]: And just like I think like just the general outpouring of love and remembrance for that guy just has been really nice to see I mean it was a tragedy that I hope never happens again and I know probably will but you know hopefully it doesn't and I just like I thought they did a great job with that show last week I wasn't.
56:16.947 --> 56:23.070
[SPEAKER_01]: I hate comparing like tribute shows and everything, but I mean, I wasn't as high on it as some people, but I still thought it was great.
56:23.150 --> 56:26.852
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, and, and, you know, very emotional and a great tribute to him.
56:28.293 --> 56:36.377
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, and then, you know, WWE got took some flack for writing that, you know, show on YouTube right against it, but to me, that's like that's nothing.
56:36.497 --> 56:40.059
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's nobody watched it and everybody knew nobody was going to watch it.
56:40.119 --> 56:43.060
[SPEAKER_01]: So they might as well cancel it because like,
56:43.200 --> 57:00.536
[SPEAKER_01]: they they they they themselves probably knew nobody was going to watch it but they didn't and that's whatever but they actually put up a video you know and and so if you're going to give them a hard time for airing again some given them a little bit of credit for putting that video off because they didn't have to do that and they did and so it was nice that those talents were able to get out their feelings about pack
57:01.397 --> 57:09.501
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and yeah, I was just kind of heartworned by all the stuff I've heard and then I'm listening back to some of the audio from right after it happened now as well.
57:09.561 --> 57:14.563
[SPEAKER_01]: And a lot of the hosts that we listen to talking about him and what a great talent he was.
57:14.583 --> 57:17.004
[SPEAKER_01]: And it kind of almost makes you want to go back and watch some stuff now.
57:17.064 --> 57:19.405
[SPEAKER_01]: And when it first happened, I didn't really want to.
57:19.525 --> 57:25.808
[SPEAKER_01]: And now I'm, you know, getting to the point where I probably could go back and maybe just watch, you know, like take it afternoon and watch a bunch of pack matches.
57:26.949 --> 57:27.229
[SPEAKER_01]: You know,
57:28.498 --> 57:39.620
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, yeah, it's, you know, it feels like the wrestling world moves on so fast because there's so much content.
57:39.720 --> 57:47.562
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not saying that the wrestling world is moving on in a non-sensitive way.
57:47.582 --> 57:48.442
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just business.
57:48.482 --> 57:49.562
[SPEAKER_00]: That's just how business works.
57:49.582 --> 57:52.383
[SPEAKER_00]: You just go and you have stuff to promote and you got to move.
57:53.517 --> 58:19.648
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, like I kind of wish, and this is a my own sort of selfish thing is like after that it happened and after he passed away, I was like, I don't want to watch wrestling for like a month and like let's just like sit with this, but to some others, probably having the normal, the normal schedule of wrestling probably help them, you know, I watched I watched the New Japan show that aired like just a few hours after all out and I watched it.
58:20.753 --> 58:22.995
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, thank, actually, wait a minute.
58:23.055 --> 58:38.848
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I watched it after the, um, after I found about a pack and Walker Stewart had a line on the show because Claudio lost and then Moxie had just lost the Osprey and his line after he says, um, oh, it's a bad day to be a death writer.
58:40.093 --> 58:50.464
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's like, oh my god, like, you know, because like I just heard about pack dying and it's like, I mean, obviously he didn't know, you know, you know, hours before, but you hear stuff like that.
58:50.524 --> 58:56.229
[SPEAKER_01]: And then so that's part of why you don't really, and I'm watching that new Japan show and it was probably a good show, but I was numb.
58:56.410 --> 58:58.552
[SPEAKER_01]: I just couldn't even pay attention to it.
58:58.592 --> 59:00.354
[SPEAKER_01]: And when I listen to Dave review it, it's like,
59:00.994 --> 59:08.320
[SPEAKER_01]: I first thought, oh, it feels like he was watching a different show and then I realized, no, I was watching it like while I was kind of processing what happened in pack.
59:08.481 --> 59:11.003
[SPEAKER_01]: So clearly not paying attention to the show at all.
59:11.383 --> 59:11.583
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
59:12.044 --> 59:12.204
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
59:13.645 --> 59:18.329
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, let's quickly go over money in the bank, which is this Saturday.
59:18.349 --> 59:23.994
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it should just to what you think is going to happen in these latter matches.
59:24.014 --> 59:36.144
[SPEAKER_00]: So first one, Brownbreaker, Giovanna Evans, trick Williams, Penta, Sam Punk, and Kevin Owens to get a contract punk in a latter match.
59:40.118 --> 59:40.599
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
59:40.819 --> 59:41.721
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sure about this one.
59:42.222 --> 59:46.049
[SPEAKER_00]: I think now that this is what I think I have no idea what they're going to do.
59:47.491 --> 59:49.475
[SPEAKER_00]: What I hope they do.
59:50.790 --> 01:00:13.607
[SPEAKER_00]: is penta wins and just keeps this shot for whenever he gets another shot at Roman Reigns and you know we can build to another Mexico City show kind of like what we talked about but I don't know if they feel like that is as big of a deal as we feel especially coming off of that first match so but that's that's what I would say the did you see the you two numbers
01:00:20.353 --> 01:00:29.191
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and I, you know, whatever YouTube number means, I don't know, but if you're comparing YouTube numbers to other YouTube numbers, I think you can learn something and
01:00:29.977 --> 01:00:36.182
[SPEAKER_01]: the number of people that watched that Penta Roman thing was so far above anything else.
01:00:36.742 --> 01:00:42.407
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that they probably know that Penta is someone that they should be investing in.
01:00:43.067 --> 01:00:45.770
[SPEAKER_01]: And I would definitely give him the briefcase.
01:00:45.890 --> 01:00:52.215
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if that's going to happen, but I think it should, and I love the idea of him just holding on to it until the next time they're in Mexico.
01:00:53.195 --> 01:00:54.917
[SPEAKER_01]: And it doesn't even necessarily have to be against Roman.
01:00:55.846 --> 01:01:07.693
[SPEAKER_01]: because I don't think in that particular instance, obviously Roman Penta was huge and Roman losing the Penta would obviously be huge, but I think it's more about Penta winning the title in Mexico.
01:01:07.793 --> 01:01:09.234
[SPEAKER_01]: So it could be the other title.
01:01:10.675 --> 01:01:15.317
[SPEAKER_01]: It could be Sam and I would imagine by whenever that is Sam, he won't be the world champion anymore.
01:01:15.778 --> 01:01:19.000
[SPEAKER_01]: Whoever is that champion of that brand, it could easily be that.
01:01:19.040 --> 01:01:22.061
[SPEAKER_01]: If it was a Kevin Owens, if it was a Cody, even a Randy Orton,
01:01:26.105 --> 01:01:34.553
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, all right, on the women's side, Sol Ruka, Lola Vice, Jacy Jane rocks in Perez, Lash legend and Tiffany Stratton.
01:01:35.394 --> 01:01:38.557
[SPEAKER_00]: I would have preferred Lola Vice, maybe not get pinned to the other night.
01:01:38.677 --> 01:01:39.057
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
01:01:41.039 --> 01:01:44.462
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, uh, it feels like,
01:01:45.283 --> 01:01:50.846
[SPEAKER_00]: Tiffany Stratton wins and then probably turns on Chelsea, she needs something.
01:01:51.666 --> 01:01:54.127
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's that's exactly what I was thinking too.
01:01:54.147 --> 01:02:01.871
[SPEAKER_01]: I wasn't sure how much attention you're paying to smack down these days, but that's really feels they haven't really even pushed anyone else like seriously.
01:02:04.392 --> 01:02:05.712
[SPEAKER_00]: And then Roan-Rain's LA night.
01:02:05.732 --> 01:02:09.974
[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of feel bad for my guy, LA.
01:02:10.235 --> 01:02:11.795
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how this is like.
01:02:11.815 --> 01:02:12.416
[SPEAKER_01]: What do you think of that
01:02:15.822 --> 01:02:25.330
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I thought it was a bunch of bullshit and I was actually feeling like, I was behind Roman way more than I was behind Ellie.
01:02:25.871 --> 01:02:29.974
[SPEAKER_01]: I did not like the direction that Ellie night went in in that promo.
01:02:30.114 --> 01:02:39.682
[SPEAKER_01]: I hate when they start, you know, trying to, oh, you're only there because the office pushed you and love, I hate that stuff because number one, like you're going to lose to them.
01:02:39.722 --> 01:02:40.683
[SPEAKER_01]: So what does that make you?
01:02:41.563 --> 01:02:47.228
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but that's, you know, that's, that's kind of a little meta, but um, I, yeah, I didn't like it.
01:02:47.268 --> 01:02:50.732
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I thought his delivery was great, and the fans responded to him.
01:02:50.812 --> 01:02:51.993
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll give credit for that.
01:02:52.093 --> 01:02:53.754
[SPEAKER_01]: But I, I don't like it.
01:02:54.115 --> 01:02:56.076
[SPEAKER_01]: The fans were chatting with OTC.
01:02:56.116 --> 01:02:58.619
[SPEAKER_01]: They didn't really, I mean, the other chat frame JF.
01:03:00.060 --> 01:03:03.363
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, um, he's the one shrew champion.
01:03:04.064 --> 01:03:04.924
[SPEAKER_00]: The, uh,
01:03:06.945 --> 01:03:25.918
[SPEAKER_00]: I my worry and it's not a real worry because I think most WB fans are fine with this style of match, but it's going to be that long laborious Roman match that's 25 minutes and lots of stalling and I hope not I think I think it's going to be that and I think it's it's going to be exactly what we think.
01:03:27.188 --> 01:03:43.267
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think the only thing the only intrigue is whether or not the 946 and the bloodline get involved and if they do I mean there is a I mean there is a channel and I could win I mean you know if he does it's not going to be clean and and and and I don't think you'll hold it for very long but.
01:03:43.847 --> 01:03:57.738
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there is a chance if they're trying to set up the survivor series, I think I think I heard Dave's speculate this as well and I was thinking on these lines as well, but if if the 964 costs Roman the belt, then maybe he wants them in war games.
01:03:58.519 --> 01:04:01.241
[SPEAKER_01]: And then that's how we get to war games because that's not that far away now.
01:04:01.281 --> 01:04:02.923
[SPEAKER_01]: We're like seven weeks out.
01:04:03.883 --> 01:04:05.425
[SPEAKER_01]: So we get we got to start heading to that.
01:04:11.407 --> 01:04:36.291
[SPEAKER_01]: year's version of Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar like yeah it is weird like I mean Bronson has got himself an incredible shape and he looks amazing and stuff but then like when you see him next to Oba it's like kind of was wish he was big like used to be you know like because he kind of looks small now compared to Oba it gets anyone else he looks incredible but
01:04:36.891 --> 01:04:43.075
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I'm, I like, I like Bronx and a lot, and I'm sure Obo, Obo can sell better than people give him credit for.
01:04:43.135 --> 01:04:44.576
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think they'll have a really good match.
01:04:46.318 --> 01:04:47.919
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Obo's gonna win the match.
01:04:48.439 --> 01:04:58.746
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I would be surprised if it is super duper long, because I think the longer it is, the longer it kind of exposes him, and you don't want that, you still want him.
01:04:58.766 --> 01:05:03.950
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you still want him to have that like Brock Lesnar kind of,
01:05:04.130 --> 01:05:14.683
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like he had some long matches in NXT, but yeah, I think maybe they probably don't want to want to present that version of Oba on the main roster because I don't think that's what the fans are into.
01:05:14.963 --> 01:05:17.266
[SPEAKER_01]: I think Austin theory is going to get involved.
01:05:17.306 --> 01:05:18.868
[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to get Logan Paul.
01:05:19.268 --> 01:05:22.953
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know, I mean, Logan's probably going to be healed soon.
01:05:22.993 --> 01:05:24.054
[SPEAKER_01]: I would think and, uh,
01:05:24.937 --> 01:05:44.435
[SPEAKER_01]: I think an overfemmy Logan Paul match could be a lot of fun, you know, if, you know, and that's probably the next one we're going to get because they're just Biden time and we'll probably get open, Braun again, probably I would guess on the first Netflix of the year because they usually try to make that a big raw so the anniversary show, I guess it'll be the third at this point already.
01:05:44.875 --> 01:05:45.096
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
01:05:45.736 --> 01:05:45.936
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:05:46.777 --> 01:05:48.338
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, and then in the match.
01:05:49.381 --> 01:05:53.424
[SPEAKER_00]: My least favorite part of Roya Becky Lynch and live Morgan.
01:05:54.205 --> 01:05:58.048
[SPEAKER_00]: Stephanie Vicarre comes out to disqualification.
01:05:58.849 --> 01:06:07.296
[SPEAKER_00]: Stephanie Vicarre is the baby face just to sides that she wants both of them for some reason who knows dumbest thing that you could possibly do.
01:06:07.616 --> 01:06:11.139
[SPEAKER_00]: Though she hits that nice, the nice finisher at the end, none both of them.
01:06:11.980 --> 01:06:13.541
[SPEAKER_00]: but that's so dumb.
01:06:13.661 --> 01:06:14.982
[SPEAKER_00]: Like the whole thing was dumb.
01:06:15.122 --> 01:06:16.103
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't I didn't get it.
01:06:16.223 --> 01:06:17.064
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't like it.
01:06:17.805 --> 01:06:27.212
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if they're trying to make Stephanie look like, you know, this bad ass baby face who doesn't give a crap or if they're just making it so that live gets the title back.
01:06:27.272 --> 01:06:27.692
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
01:06:28.373 --> 01:06:32.116
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm like way more disinterested in this than I would have thought.
01:06:32.756 --> 01:06:34.598
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm kind of the same.
01:06:34.639 --> 01:06:51.200
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, the match itself was good like Becky and Liv were having a really good match and then, but you knew like the whole time you're watching, okay, we're going to get to judgment day then we're going to get Stephanie and then I mean, honestly, from the second day announced this number one container match, I was like, okay, well, they're not going to have a finish and it's going to be a three way.
01:06:51.520 --> 01:06:55.884
[SPEAKER_01]: like that's that my media thought like so I I was just waiting for something to happen.
01:06:55.924 --> 01:07:00.268
[SPEAKER_01]: I did not for one second think that That live was pinning back here.
01:07:00.288 --> 01:07:04.431
[SPEAKER_01]: Becky was pinning live like that was the one thing I knew wasn't gonna happen at any point in that match.
01:07:04.632 --> 01:07:05.673
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, yeah
01:07:07.050 --> 01:07:07.390
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
01:07:08.050 --> 01:07:10.171
[SPEAKER_00]: We're through all of our topics here.
01:07:10.631 --> 01:07:10.992
[SPEAKER_00]: We are.
01:07:11.012 --> 01:07:15.453
[SPEAKER_00]: And we'll be back next week to talk about this show.
01:07:15.974 --> 01:07:19.895
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, um, preview, uh, review, uh, review, review, review.
01:07:19.915 --> 01:07:22.076
[SPEAKER_01]: Talk more about the clockwork.
01:07:22.316 --> 01:07:24.157
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe we'll have some more competitors in there.
01:07:24.377 --> 01:07:26.578
[SPEAKER_01]: See, I thought we were down the last week already.
01:07:26.598 --> 01:07:27.878
[SPEAKER_01]: So we still have two more dynamites.
01:07:27.918 --> 01:07:28.899
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, we got lots of time.
01:07:29.929 --> 01:07:30.810
[SPEAKER_01]: One more dynamite.
01:07:31.672 --> 01:07:34.034
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, yeah, right, there's two different things.
01:07:34.255 --> 01:07:35.116
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm thinking it's Tuesday.
01:07:35.136 --> 01:07:36.197
[SPEAKER_01]: We got dynamite tomorrow.
01:07:36.257 --> 01:07:38.760
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and there's collisions already taped.
01:07:38.820 --> 01:07:42.004
[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, we got like four more people to add to that match next week.
01:07:42.485 --> 01:07:42.745
