Ryan Frederick is back from his trip to Austin for UFC Fight and joins co-host Paul Fontaine to recap the week that was and is to come in the world of MMA. It was a busy week with PFL back running along with the Ultimate Fighter and even an upcoming Bellator show and the guys review and preview all of that before getting into a great show this past week at the new Moody Center in Austin. The show featured 9 finishes, which tied a UFC record, and a really good main event between top featherweight contenders Josh Emmett and Calvin Kattar where Emmett eeked out a split decision win. They then go over this upcoming weekend's card from the Apex with a high level lightweight fight in the main event between Mateusz Gamrot and Armen Tsurakyan and a bunch of other fights filling out the card. It's a light news week but there was a focus on the bantamweight division with a title fight booked for September and everyone in the top 10 being recently booked for fights.
